Miami Kitsch for Pérez Art Museum Miami
The project
A highlight for Third Drawer Down Studio for 2016 was the Miami Kitsch collection, created in collaboration with Pérez Art Museum for a pop-up at Art Basel. PAMM's senior graphic designer Raymond Adrian did a brilliant job of designing key 'kitsch miami' icons which the studio adapted to a collection of fun, collectable product.

The museum
Pérez Art Museum Miami exists to improve the quality of life for individual residents of and visitors to Miami-Dade County, as well as social life in the communities they represent, by facilitating catalytic engagements with the most progressive visual arts of our time. Exhibitions highlight Miami’s diverse community and pivotal geographic location at the crossroads of the Americas. In addition to exploring the galleries, visitors can: enjoy waterfront dining at Verde restaurant; shop a unique selection of art books, furnishings and handmade items at the museum’s gift store; and take in the spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the elaborate hanging gardens. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, PAMM provides an educational and civic forum for the County’s residents and visitors alike.
